This thermal paste is a heat-transfer compound designed to improve thermal contact between cooling hardware and processors in computing systems. Supplied as a grease in a syringe, it is intended for precision application on heat-generating components where efficient dissipation is required across a wide environmental range.
Apply a thin, even layer from the syringe to the component contact area, avoiding excess that could impede heat flow
use a spreader or pressure from the heatsink to form a uniform bond.
Its operating range from -50°C to 280°C means the compound retains conductive performance across extreme cold and elevated temperatures without phase change.
The syringe dispensing format provides metered delivery for repeatable quantities, making it practical for multiple service cycles from a single 10 g supply.
