Looking to safeguard your property? These door and window switches will alert you to intruders. They create a signal that’s broken when a door or window is opened, triggering an alarm system.
With a switching current of 500 (dc) mA, they're reliable and unlikely to burn out. A 500 mm cable allows them to be fitted on doors and windows without being restricted to the vicinity of the alarm itself. The cables are PVC-insulated (polyvinyl chloride), so they're durable with low electrical resistance. All of this is housed in a compact design for discreet installation. This product is surface-mounted and supplied with fixing screws.
RoHS certified, the product contains no hazardous substances present in excess of 0.1%. As specified in BS 4737, separate tamper loops are built-in that alert you if anyone interferes with the switches. They are well-suited for use with commercial and residential alarm systems.
