This Compact vacuum generator is a miniature pneumatic ejector designed to create negative pressure for small-scale handling and automation tasks. It operates with compressed Air to provide suction for pick-and-place and component transfer in industrial environments. The unit is intended for integration into systems that require a lightweight, in-line vacuum source compatible with common soft and rigid tubing materials.
Ports accept one-touch fittings with ø6 tubing for this configuration, and earlier types use smaller ø4 one-touch fittings on comparable variants.
The device functions between −5 °C and 50 °C provided there is no freezing of moisture in the supply or tubing.
Operating within 0.1 to 0.6 MPa adjusts suction flow and vacuum depth
the rated supply for nominal performance is 0.45 MPa.
Nozzles are available in 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.7mm diameters which alter Air consumption and achievable suction flow.
