When it comes to facilitating system operations and getting significant speed and efficiency, there is a component that plays a critical role. It is called a Track Roller or referred to as Idler Roller. These Track Rollers have their place in conveyor systems, cam drives and other similar handling parts. The main types of Track Rollers are Ball Bearing Track Rollers (self-retaining), Yoke-type Track Rollers (mounted on shafts or studs) and Cam Rollers (similar, but the raceway has more substantial Roller stud, fixing thread and lubrication hole). They intend to absorb high radial loads and axial loads arising from misalignment. Track Rollers are suitable also for use as eccentric rollers, guide rollers, rocker valve rollers, cam rollers in slideways or pressure rollers O-ring seals and single coated. The Stud type airframe Track is exploring to a high temperature that brings high tolerance load-carrying capacity and enormous flexibility.
