RS PRO Stainless Steel Butt Hinge, 102 mm x 78 mm x 2.5 mm

These long stainless-steel lift-off hinges are primarily designed for use on door panels. They're made from two parts that can be disconnected, meaning you can easily remove a door without having to unscrew the hinge leaves. This is a feature that serves practical or health and safety considerations.
Each side or leaf is 2.5 mm thick and manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel. This is an incredibly tough material that makes for a durable and long-lasting product with exceptional corrosion resistance. This means these hinges are well-suited to outdoor use or in more heavy-duty workspaces. The hinges measure 102 mm x 78 mm, which provides more uniform load stress than smaller hinges and reduces wear-and-tear. There are eight pre-drilled holes for quick and easy mounting.
As the holes are countersunk, the screws – which are provided – will sit flush with the surface, giving cabinets a neat finish.
