RS PRO Stainless Steel Butt Hinge, 102 mm x 78 mm x 2.5 mm

These long stainless-steel lift-off hinges are typically used to install door panels. They're composed of two parts that can easily be disconnected, which means you can remove a door without needing to unscrew the hinge leaves. This is a handy feature for both practical or health and safety considerations.
The sides or leaves are manufactured from grade-304 stainless steel and 2.5 mm thick. Stainless steel is a very tough material, making this product durable and long-lasting with superb corrosion resistance. Their composition makes these hinges well-suited to outdoor use or in more heavy-duty workspaces. Measuring 102 mm x 78 mm in size, they provide more uniform load stress than smaller hinges. The hinges feature eight pre-drilled holes for quick and easy mounting.
As the holes are countersunk, the screws will sit flush with the surface, offering a neat finish. They come complete with stainless steel screws.
