The three-way connector has silicone-free seals that discourage dirt from sticking to the surface. This reduces the likelihood of contaminants entering your compressed air supply when connecting or removing a hose. Each adaptor port is fitted with a washer to protect the hose outlets from wear. You don't need tools to use this part either, thanks to its push-in style connectors.
It's compliant with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), which means it's free of harmful materials. A tee adaptor is commonly used for diverting the flow of gas in a pneumatic system, such as compressed air cleaning tools.
