RS PRO Измеритель солнечной энергии

RS PRO Solar Power Meter

Introducing the range of RS PRO Solar Power Meters, the perfect solution for unlocking precision in solar energy measurement. Engineered for convenience and accuracy, this meter allows for easy and quick solar power measurement and provides the data to help the user make informed decisions about the best positioning and alignment for solar panels to optimise performance.

Features and Benefits:

• This RS PRO Solar Power Meter is capable of enhancing solar energy projects for efficient, reliable and accurate solar power management
• Not only does it measure solar power, but the additional features also simplify work by calculating total solar energy against elapsed time or providing average solar energy per hour, being able to assess the percentage of solar power transmission through glass or heat insulation, which eliminates the need for multiple devices
• Additionally, the built in data hold and memory functions enable users to save and track their measurements over time, enhancing data analysis capability
• Suitable for use in solar power research, agriculture or meteorology, this powerful little device is designed to deliver precise results in a range of applications
• Compact and lightweight, the device is portable and easy to carry for fieldwork and comes with four AAA batteries so it’s ready to go out the box
• Supplied with user manual, tripod mounting screw and 4 x AAA batteries

Applications:

Solar power meters are essential devices that measure solar radiation in Watts per square meter (W/m²) or BTU per square foot per hour and are used to optimise solar panel installation by being able to identify and provide guidance on the best angle and placement to maximise energy capture. Thanks to additional features, they are also used in energy efficiency testing to determine how effectively solar energy passes through materials like insulation and glass, making them crucial in research and development, and meteorology applications where solar radiation data is needed for studies and weather forecasting. Solar power meters help enhance solar energy efficiency for solar panel setups, research or energy testing in both residential and commercial applications to maximise the benefits of solar energy.
