RS PRO continues to support sound engineers with the latest high-quality cables, here we are pleased to introduce a single-core screened microphone cable that offers a unique blend of versatility, quality, and strength. Our low-noise, single-core screened cables is used in low-level signal circuits. The cable is constructed with a plain copper stranded conductor insulated with polythene over which is a layer of semi-conductive PE, plain copper braiding, and black PVC sheathed overall.
High-quality microphone cables are vitally important in audio sound applications. They must be able to relay signals without interference and withstand the twisting and bending commonly associated with communications and signal control systems. The RS PRO microphone cables have all these features and offers PE insulation material for flexibility and protection, the ideal solution when creating your own audio, microphone cable assemblies.
Prior to connection, ensure that black semiconductor layer is stripped back to braiding. Not suitable for R.F. use.
