This sensor actuator cable provides a robust connection between safety laser scanners and control equipment in industrial automation systems. Designed for 24V operation, it links sensor I/O to controllers via an M4-style 12-pin connector and is intended for demanding factory‑floor environments where sealed, multi‑contact cabling is required.
The cable assembly meets IP65, providing dust ingress prevention and protection against low‑pressure water jets, making it suitable for typical industrial wash‑down and dusty conditions.
It provides 18 contacts on one end and 4 on the other, allowing segregation of dual safety outputs, auxiliary outputs and functional inputs within a single harness.
The cable is associated with equipment certified to EN61496 Type 3 and IEC61508 SIL2 and is compatible with devices bearing TÜV Rheinland and UL508/UL1998 approvals for safety applications.
