Able Systems Alphanumeric Printer

The Able Systems alphanumeric printer is a compact, panel-mounted, microprocessor-controlled device. It has a resolution of 144 dots per line with24 characters per line. The standard letter is 5 wide x 7 high, this provides for a one dot space between each character, a dotted line for descenders and a dotted line above and below each character line. It is loaded with French 96-character (Ap24-F) or IBM 224-character set (Ap24XS-V). This printer is widely used in industrial automation and control.
