Round off your conveyor setup with this barrel sensor from OMRON. It detects the presence of objects using the photoelectric method, sensing items at distances between 100mm and 4m so you can customise it to work with your belt width. This retroreflective device combines an emitter and receiver, saving installation time and space. You can use reflector tape (215-5391) to bounce the beam back, keeping the system compact. As the sensor is suitable for flush mounting on the side of the conveyor, you can streamline your automation further.

How do I adjust the settings on this photoelectric sensor?

You can manually adjust the settings via a switch on the sensor's housing. For convenience, there are grooves on the switch for you to turn it with a slotted or Phillips screwdriver.
