This alignment laser is a Compact laser tool designed to simplify pulley and belt alignment in industrial settings. It emits a visible green beam to indicate angular and axial misalignment, enabling a single operator to complete adjustments quickly. The unit is intended for use where reducing belt wear, vibration and power loss is a priority, and it operates from standard AAA batteries for portable field use.
With four AAA alkaline cells fitted, continuous use is typically around 6 hours.
The housing is constructed from grey anodised aluminium to resist surface wear and mechanical contact.
Horizontal angularity is shown by the reflected line position on the transmitter, while offset is read from the transmitted line on the reflector.
