Micro-miniature test probes suitable for attaching to fine pitch ICs (such as QFPs) down to lead pitches of 0·4mm.,Available in either short tip or 13mm long tip version. These probes come in pairs (one yellow & one green) and stack together within the space of a single probe. This allows adjacent IC legs to be tested.,Female-to-male and female-to-female interconnecting leads are available.

Warning

The test leads and prods should NOT be used for testing circuits of more than 50Vac, unless specified otherwise. When testing live circuits, under no circumstances should the fuse rating exceed the quoted rating of the test clips.
