These pre-assembled panel assemblies are highly durable and compatible with thermocouples or leads featuring standard plugs and are engineered to ensure quick and easy installation and precise temperature control, making them an essential component in any temperature measurement configurations.

Features and Benefits:

• This RS PRO Thermocouple Connector offers a reliable and high-quality solution for connectivity in temperature measurement systems in a wide range of environments.
• Each connector is designed with a pre-fitted standard fascia sockets to allow for quick, easy and seamless installation and integration into new or existing set ups, saving on time and effort.
• In addition to this, the connectors can be mounted both horizontally and vertically, allowing for more flexibility and adaptability to a range of set up requirements.
• Thanks to the high temperature tolerance of up to 120°C, these connectors are well-suited to demanding environments with temperature fluctuations, providing long-lasting performance and reliability.
• The positive Nickel Chromium and negative Nickel Alloy contact connectors offer accurate temperature readings and consistent performance, making it ideal for use in control rooms, laboratory applications, test stands and much more.
• Each connector follows JIS compliant colour-coding standards for easy identification to reduce the likelihood of setup errors and ensuring safety for the user.

Applications:

• Thermocouple connectors are essential components for connecting thermocouple sensors to temperature measurement and control equipment to allow for accurate and reliable readings in scientific, industrial and manufacturing environments and applications. They are usually compatible with specific thermocouple types and are made to match sense materials, for example, Type J or Type K, to maintain precision and accuracy in measurements taken and are suitable for use in demanding environments thanks to their ability to withstand high temperatures. To simplify identification and increase safety, the connectors are usually colour coded to comply with international standards and are widely found in industrial control systems, control panels, OEM applications, test rigs and laboratories where reliable and repeatable temperature readings are crucial for operations.
