RS PRO malleable iron round tube has 1100 mm length and 48.3 mm outer diameter. It is suitable for pedestrian handrail, directional rail, guard rail and pillar protection.

We also have a wide range of connecting components in various materials, colours and sizes of components for construction.

Warning

Maximum side loading of 360 Nm, provided that the barrier is correctly fixed to a concrete or steel base (not timber). Mid rail centres, between upright supports, must not exceed 1500mm.
Consideration must be given to the grub screw, which tightened to 39 Nm, gives a slip load of 900kg (safety factor 2x).
