The self-adhesive labels change colour when exposed to different temperatures, and so are a reliable way to easily indicate the exposed temperature of the product they are attached to.

These temperature levels indicate the exposed temperature at four different levels, and so will permanently record the highest bracketed temperature that the label, and so the product it was attached to, was exposed to.
