Sealed Mica Nozzle Heaters
These nozzle heaters are hermetically sealed for liquid plastic within the manufacturing process. These types of heaters are used to give long life where normal mica heaters cannot last as long due to process leakages.
These heaters are typically used on injection moulding machines, extruders, dies, moulds and process machinery.
Multi-Purpose Process Heaters
In order to obtain optimum performance from these products, it is advised that temperature sensing and control elements be used with them.
Warning
These heaters shall only be used where adequate electrical, thermal and mechanical barriers are provided to prevent access to hazardous parts without the use of a tool.
