Petzl Absorbica-I is a single lanyard which has an integrated energy absorber designed to provide protection on a horizontal lifeline or elevated platform. This lanyard is suitable for users weighing between 50 kg and 130 kg with progressive tearing reducing deceleration on lighter users. The energy absorber is compact and protected from abrasion by a double zippered pouch reducing the risk of cuts and damage over edges.
