Ölflex EB Blue Intrinsically Safe Control Cable (unscreened)
From Lapp, the Olflex® EB is a PVC control cable for use in intrinsically safe circuits in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The Olflex cable is very flexible, with smaller diameters that make it ideal for space-saving applications. It is also weather resistant, meaning it is suitable for use outdoors.

• UV and Weather Resistant
• Flame-retardant
• Chemical resistance
• Operating temperature in a fixed installation: -40°C to +80°C
• Operating temperature with occasional flexing: -5°C to +70°C
Applications
This Olflex cable is designed for use with intrinsically safe circuits with 'i' type protection, and so can be used where explosion by the accidental ignition of flammable gases or dust is a concern.
Accessories
Olflex cables should be used alongside accessories that match their capabilities, such as Lapp's range of ATEX approved cable glands.
