1200 Series Temperature Regulator
Gerfrans 1200 series temperature regulator is a microcontroller based unit for controller heating or cooling systems as well as controlling heat/cool systems also. The compact 48 x 96 mm unit is easy to integrate into any temperature control system. The standard 1/8 DIN format provides industry standard function to secure the control for ease of use.
Featuring a two line read out, the 1200 series display has 10mm green LED characters displaying both PV and SV for clear and easy monitoring. The IP65 facia also features 4 functions buttons for selecting functions, automatic/manual selection plus raise and lower keys.
A configurable universal input on the front panel provides versatility allowing the user the ability to connected several types of sensors. The variety of sensor inputs allows the 1200 series to be used in a vast array of applications such as material injection pressed, thermoforming, heating ovens, packing machines and extrusion lines.
Regulation modes within the controller feature ON-OFF, P, PD, PI and PID. These modes can be used for either heating or for cooling, with settings that can be adjusted via the keypad. System alarms for load break or sensor short circuit can be configured by the user as required per application.
