Информация о товаре

FT230X, FT231X, FT234XD - Full Speed USB to UART, FTDI Chip

The FTDI Chip FT230X and FT234XD are Ful Speed USB to basic serial UART interface devices. The FT231X is a Full Speed USB to Full Handshake UART interface.
They have a fully integrated MTP memory and an integrated clock circuit which requires no external crystal which helps to reduce external component count.
Capable of operating up to 3 MBaud, with low power consumption (8 mA), all USB to UART devices operate efficiently with USB host controllers. They use as little bandwidth as possible.
The FT230X includes the complete FT-X series feature set and enables USB to be added into a system design quickly and easily over a UART interface.
