High-performance μ-processor controlled and programmable power supplies with flexible ”autoranging” output (≥ 1.0kW) that allows either high-voltage or high current operation within the stipulated power rating. The integrated function generator with graphic display allows programming, storage and recalling of sequences and functions. Plug’n play interface technique allows retrofitting or change of digital interface at any time. A freeware is available for automated testing and data logging. Master-slave parallel and serial operation ability, as well as high stability and low ripple, make this series an ideal tool for R&D and automated testing in high-end environment.
