The BT2100 Digital Cordless Phone features a One Touch Hot Key to launch the Do Not Disturb feature. The Do not disturb feature allows incoming calls to be presented silently with minimal notification. When in do not disturb mode the base and handset ringer volumes (on all handsets registered to the base) are set to silent, the handset backlight will not light when there is an incoming call.
The BT1100 has type II caller displays the telephone number on the handset display. If the caller number matches an entry stored in the phonebook, the name is displayed instead. With type II caller display, you can also see who is calling, even when you are already engaged in a call. (Caller Display is required from your network provider to enable this feature).
